Deposit towards 1 half pig. Cut and packaged to your preferences at the Royal Butcher, a USDA inspected facility in Braintree VT. 

Pigs go to slaughter March 3rd and pork will be ready about a week later. Smoked cuts ready for pick up about a month after slaughter. Balance due on pick up.
